This Update Policy (hereinafter referred to as Politics) is an integral part User Agreement and defines the procedure for providing, categorizing and paying for product updates distributed through the site https://deadxmacro.store (hereinafter referred to as Website).


1. general provisions

1.1 Seller may issue updates to the Products for the purpose of:

  • elimination of identified errors and deficiencies;
  • improving stability and performance;
  • Adapting to changes in gameplay;
  • the introduction of new features.

1.2 The terms and conditions of updates may be unilaterally changed by the Seller in accordance with Article 450.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.3 All updates are divided into freebies и paid. Classification of upgrades is solely the responsibility of the Seller.

1.4 Information about the content and nature of updates is published on the Website or in official channels. The Buyer undertakes to independently monitor their relevance.


2. free updates

2.1 Free updates include changes that do not significantly interfere with the core mechanics of the Product, namely:

  • correction of technical errors;
  • minor performance improvements;
  • optimization of existing functionality;
  • correction of previous deficiencies.

2.2 Free updates are provided to all users with a valid license for the corresponding Product at no additional cost.


3. Paid upgrades

3.1 Paid updates include changes that require substantial labor costs and affect the architecture or key functionality of the Product. In particular, these are:

  • reworking the mechanics of firing and recoil control;
  • Integration of new weapons or modules;
  • adding significant new features and systems;
  • other significant changes affecting game mechanics.

3.2 The Seller decides whether the update is paid or not, taking into account:

  • the scope and complexity of the changes made;
  • time spent on development;
  • technical and other resources involved in implementation.

3.3 The cost of paid updates is determined by the Seller and is indicated in the relevant notice when the update is published.

3.4 Access to paid upgrades is granted subject to full payment of the applicable fee.


4 Responsibilities and final clauses

4.1 The Buyer shall independently monitor publications on updates and undertakes to familiarize himself with them in a timely manner.

4.2 Seller is not responsible for the inability to install or apply updates due to reasons related to the Buyer's device, software or user settings.

4.3 Installation of updates may result in changes in the interface, functionality or behavior of the Product. Such changes are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for claims.

4.4 This Policy may be changed at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Website.
